Waterman pens are known to have been in production since 1940. This is a collector's item with a cartridge in very good condition for its age, featuring a resin body, gold-plated cap, gold-filled clip, and a semi-closed conical gold nib.It can be used with [ink cartridge name], but I don't have one. I don't think it will be difficult to find a compatible cartridge. I wrote by wetting the ink, and sample writing is shown in the pictures.
