Incredibly rare Yamaha Dynamic Guitar No. 1 - Made in Japan circa 1958. 1958 is an estimate because Dynamic Guitars with the black label were produced in the late '50s. New medium tension nylon strings, but it could also be used with steel strings as Dynamic Guitars were designed to handle both. I haven't tried it with steel strings because it sounds great with nylon ones. The guitar is fun and playable and looks amazing for its age. Yamaha Dynamic Guitars are very underrated. This guitar is around 70 years old, so adjust your expectations accordingly. It has scratches, blemishes and imperfections. It will feel different compared to a new instrument. It is playable but it has not been professionally setup, so there may be things that can be done to improve its playability. I'd suggest it to people who have some experience with vintage guitars and are willing to make adjustments down the line, or who can embrace the imperfections in exchange for a special sound and vibe.
