Very nice and compact bakelite radio from Bravour, A/S; Copenhagen They made this typical 40s radio in 1946, for the model year 1947. The company sold this model from 1942 until 1947, virtually unchanged. The pictured poster is not included but is part of the commercial add materials from 1946 Very well maintained, recently serviced with original and NOS parts which guarantees the originality of the device. Some minor age appropriate marks on the control buttons. Fully working and tested Very nice, well functioning and sympathetic Danish made radio. A little bit of history: Bravour A/S started producing in Copenhagen in 1923. The Radio and television production was discontinued in 1962. The company focused thereafter mainly on manufacturing equipment for the military. Well-known brands: Bravour / Reinertz / ASB The Bravour factory was located in the very centre of Copenhagen from the early 20s until the late 40s. This device had been produced in the Copenhagen city centre location in 1946
