Nose: The opening phase lasts several minutes. One detects aromas of crystallized pineapple, other tropical fruits, and some spices. Palate: On the palate, intense aromas of red licorice and syrupy fruit jellies are first detected. This is followed by fresh notes of mandarin, cherry compote, and pickled strawberries. A hint of menthol and rancio flavor is also noticeable. Finish: Long finish. It ends richly and warmly with notes of cream sponge cake and cough drops.
