手工吹制玻璃花瓶,来自“Flora”系列,归于捷克设计师 František Koudelka(1930-1992),为 Prácheň Glassworks(Sklo Union)在1970年代所作。
Flora Vase – Attributed to František Koudelka for Prácheň Glassworks, Czechoslovakia, 1970s
Hand-blown glass vase from the “Flora” series, attributed to Czech designer František Koudelka (1930-1992) for Prácheň Glassworks (Sklo Union) in the 1970s.
This model features a characteristic organic shape with a generous bulbous base and a narrow neck slightly flared at the top. The decoration consists of a large irregular red trail swirling over an opalescent white ground with a slight green tint, accompanied by numerous controlled bubbles typical of the series.
Dimensions:
• Height: 23 cm
• Maximum diameter: 15 cm
• Neck diameter: 6.5 cm
• Weight: 1 kg
Condition: Very good overall condition. Some age-related spots (light wear marks and small natural inclusions due to time) visible upon close inspection, with no chips, cracks or impacts. The glass remains bright and transparent.
Unsigned piece, as is common for this series (original labels have often disappeared over time). The attribution is based on the shape, technique, colour palette and style consistent with documented models of the Flora series.
A fine example of mid-century Bohemian art glass, both decorative and representative of Czech design from the 1970s.
Ideal for a collection of European studio glass or as an elegant decorative object.
