A superb Jugendstil pewter bowl, measuring circa 20cm in length and weighing 741g, of organic design with four holes and two chimneys in which roses or other flowers can be arranged. Marked to the underside with Kayserzinn and model number 4814. Estimated age: Circa 1905.
Lit: Paul Carter Robinson, "20th Century Pewter: Art Nouveau to Modernism", Suffolk, 2012.
Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs. Minor wear commensurate with age.
