The shakers are perfect and 4 cm high.
Antoine Cardeilhac was a well known sterling silversmith in Paris who worked for Napoleon1 in the early 18th century. The business continued until 1951 when Christofle agreed with the Cardeilhac family to take over the tools tools and patterns. This set probably dates from that takeover period:
