宋神宗是宋朝繼太祖後較有的作為皇帝，而且宋神宗支持許多變法作為，尤其宋朝的錢幣字體是歷朝中非常著名的，「熙寧元寶」全部都是小平銅錢，乃是宋朝為經略西北邊陲所鑄，後來不斷減重發行，錢文書寫有真書及篆書兩種，多半是光背，這枚熙寧元寶特殊處在於他的書法字體特殊，寫法罕見，而且熙寧元保4個字極為清晰漂亮，帶有原出土綠鏽色，更因此值得收集，是一枚罕見的漂亮古錢，請藏家不要錯過。
39. ACCA AU, Northern Song Dynasty, Emperor Shenzong - Xining Yuanbao Small-Ping, Narrow Yuan Zhibao, Regular Script
Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty was one of the more accomplished emperors after Emperor Taizu. He supported many reform measures, and in particular, the coinage of the Song Dynasty is very famous among successive dynasties. The "Xining Yuanbao" coins are all small-ping copper coins, cast by the Song Dynasty for managing the northwestern frontier. They were later issued with gradually reduced weight. The inscriptions on the coins were made in both Regular Script and Seal Script, mostly with plain reverse sides. This Xining Yuanbao is special because its calligraphy style is unique and rare. The four characters of Xining Yuanbao are very clear and beautiful, with traces of original green patina, making it highly collectible. It is a rare and beautiful ancient coin that collectors should not miss.
