The Dolcetto di Dogliani from San Fereolo comes from old hillside vineyards around Dogliani, farmed organically and biodynamically, and is aged for several years before release to allow the wine to develop depth and complexity. Older vintages can show notes of dark cherry, plum, dried herbs, licorice and earthy nuances, with firm yet silky tannins and a savoury, long finish.
