Whenever you look for conichalcite, you always think of the material from Ojuela, Greece, Australia, but never from Spain. But indeed we have produced some really quite decent examples of this rather rare copper mineral from one of the many hydrothermal deposits that can be found in the south of the country. This piece in particular features radioactive green botryoidal conichalcite coating vugs inside of dark red and brown altered slate matrix, making for a rather showy piece in my opinion.
