This Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Castelletto cru, located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. The vineyard faces southeast and lies at an altitude of between 300 and 350 meters, with soils rich in calcareous marl. The wine is produced using traditional methods, with fermentation in wooden vats and extended maceration. Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for a period ranging from 24 to 36 months. The wine presents a brilliant garnet-red color. The nose reveals notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and floral hints. On the palate, it is structured and powerful, with ripe tannins and good length, representing a classic expression of the Monforte d'Alba terroir.
