Antique silver-plated jardinière with a crystal bowl. France - late 19th century. Richly decorated with openwork ribbons, flowers, laurel wreaths and lion heads. Originally designed to present a table centerpiece or pieces of fruit. Dimensions: Diameter 24 cm – height 15 cm. The later crystal bowl is in excellent condition, without damage or chips. The holder is free from defects such as cracks or dents. The silver plating shows wear, giving it an attractive patina. This beautiful piece will be carefully packed and shipped insured.
