A very special rare 'Annagroene' (uranium) vase, designed in 1923 by AD Copier for the Glass Factory Leerdam. Marked with the series glass mark of Copier. Beautiful timeless shape, characteristic of Copier. Rarity: While uranium glass was produced fairly widely between 1870 and 1940, signed early designs from Copier's 1923 collection are considered particularly collectible and rare. Safety: Despite containing uranium, the radioactivity levels are extremely low and generally considered harmless for handling and display. Marked: Etched designer monogram. Condition: Fair. The vase has 3 tiny chips on the rim (see photos) Also, some scratches and tarnish on the rim. Dimensions: Height: 11.5 cm. / Diameter: 12.5 cm.
