一个蒸蛋杯是一个简单的瓷器或玻璃小碗，可以把鸡蛋蒸熟而不必直接浸在水中。最具标志性的英国杯子由 Royal Worcester 制作。
把蛋打入杯中，盖子拧上，然后放入装有水的锅中煮。煮蛋的过程非常简单。
