The Estate Located in Mauves (Ardèche), this family-run domaine of 11 hectares is now managed by brothers Pierre and Jean Gonon, representing the 4th generation. Over the past decades, they have elevated the estate to cult status through rigorous vineyard work and a deep respect for terroir. The vineyards are farmed organically (certified since 2010), with manual work on steep slopes, ploughing, compost use, and no pesticides or insecticides. Yields are carefully controlled, and grapes are harvested by hand.
