Courvoisier fans will be pleased to see this older iteration of the XO re-surface. Launched in 1984, 'Imperial' was differentiated by the inclusion of 18% Borderies eaux-de-vie in the mix. Blending a touch of this with Fine Champagne cognacs proved something of a revelation and the result was bottled for the Asian market. The majority was aged between 15 and 30 years old, however the Borderies component is over 30 years old. 40% Alc./Vol.
