Iris 2022
Cantillon Iris is a unique, amber-colored spontaneously fermented beer, brewed by Cantillon Brewery (Anderlecht) since 1996. It distinguishes itself by the use of 100% pale ale malt instead of the traditional wheat/barley mix and dry hopping. This beer, with approx. 6.5% ABV, is known for its complex, bitter, and "funky" flavor profile.
