A fine Roman bronze antoninianus of Emperor Victorinus (ruler of the Gallic Empire from AD 269 to 271). The obverse presents the radiate and cuirassed bust of Victorinus, facing right, with the legend IMP C VICTORINVS P F AVG. The reverse features Pietas, draped, standing left, sacrificing at altar with her right hand, and holding box of perfumes in her left arm. The legend on the reverse reads [PIETA]S AVG.
