A tracking number is always added to the order details. Normally, the item is shipped to the address in the order. If FedEx calculates a higher delivery cost than originally charged (this can happen for distant or hard-to-access locations), we will contact you. In that situation, we may ask you for a different delivery address. Once the package is on the way, the delivery address can only be changed by the buyer, not by the seller. This service by FedEx is charged, and the buyer must pay this fee. We recommend arranging a “hand-to-hand” delivery with the courier so you can check the condition of the package immediately and see if there is any damage. If this is not done, the item is assumed to have been delivered without damage.
