SINAO 于1981年出生在纽约。尽管被视为新晋街头艺术家，但他自1990年代起就一直在做壁画。他喜欢将作品放置在街头材料上（硬纸板、垃圾桶、信箱、消防栓），很少使用画布。他受到 Blek le Rat 的作品影响。大多时候，你会在美国和欧洲首都的街头看到他画的兔子（来自爱丽丝梦游仙境）。
