W.Enthusiast 92 Peñin 92 Suckling 92 Varietal: 100% Tinta de Toro. Aging: 14 months in second-use French oak barrels. Harvest: Hand-harvested during the end of September and the first 15 days of October. Vineyard: Selection of vineyards up to 90 years old with extremely limited production. Winemaking: Fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks in 15,000 kg concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in these same tanks. The wine is gently filtered and clarified. Alcohol Content: 14.5% Vol Appearance: Ruby red color Nose: Intense aroma of chocolate, dark fruit, and vanilla. Palate: Silky and round, very smooth with light hints of glycerin. Hints of fruit and mineral notes.
