Authentic lithographed tin first aid box from the famous Belgian brand "Pansement Stella". This vintage model from the 1950s-1970s comes with its very well-preserved original content.
The compartmentalized interior still contains its period items:

Original gauze bandage rolls
A plastic case with vintage glass medical ampoules
A box of "Tesall" foaming soap sheets
The item is in nice vintage cosmetic condition. The exterior metal shows a lovely authentic patina with some light scratches and signs of age that add to its character.
The interior and the metal latch system are perfectly functional.
