Swiza Vintage "Candle on Candlestick" Table Clock / Alarm Clock - 7 Jewels - Swiss Made - Fully Functional A very rare and elegant mechanical table clock, produced by the renowned Swiss luxury house Swiza in the 1960s-1970s. This designer piece stands out for its unique Mid-Century Modern conceptual style. Design Concept (Candlestick with Candle): The clock imitates a classic bedside candle in detail. The solid brass top represents the flame, the white body represents the candle itself, and the heavy circular base is fitted with a curved side handle, perfectly replicating the design of an old vintage candlestick. Mechanism and Functions: High-precision Swiss movement with 7 jewels (7 Jewels) and manual winding. The watch is fully functional – both the watch and alarm functions. Note: It has not been tested over a long period of time to verify the exact accuracy of the time or the full autonomy of the springs. Technical Details Back: The back cover is made of brass and retains all the original components. It features an ingenious Swiss system with a single central turning key (Time & Ala.) which, by turning in one direction according to the arrows, simultaneously charges both internal springs (for running and for alarm). The Alarm Set adjustment button, the original Pull-On / Push-Off stop pin and the fine adjustment wheel are present. The authentic "Patent Pending" and "Swiss Made" markings are perfectly visible. Aesthetic condition (As per profile photo): In very good vintage condition, solid and heavy. The solid brass case retains the original textured (brushed) finish on the sides and the golden shine. Being an original chemically untouched object, it has a small darker oxidation patina on the upper edge (visible in the photos) and natural fine dots on the base.
