Description:
An interesting and diverse lot of four Late Roman bronze coins spanning the 4th century AD, featuring distinct historical reverse types and solid details.
Coin 1 (Top Left): Constantius II (337-361 AD). Obverse: DN CONSTANTIVS PF AVG - Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO - Soldier piercing falling horseman with a spear. Large type. Weight: 2.46 g. Diameter: 21.0 mm. Condition: VF, nice green-brown patina.
Coin 2 (Top Right): Constantine I 'The Great' (307-337 AD). Obverse: IMP CONSTANTINVS PF AVG - Laureate and draped bust right. Reverse: IOVI CONSERVATORI - Jupiter standing left, holding Victory on a globe and a sceptre; eagle at feet to left. Minted in Constantinople or an Eastern mint. Weight: 5.1 g. Diameter: 24.0 mm. Condition: Fine / Good Fine.
Coin 3 (Bottom Left): Constantinian Dynasty (Constantius II or Constantine II as Caesar). Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO - Soldier spearing falling horseman. Sharp portrait details. Weight: 2.49 g. Diameter: 18.7 mm. Condition: VF.
