A first-rate Qianlong-era yellow-ground, red-glazed, blue-and-white plum vase, 34 cm in height, decorated with cloud and dragon motifs, the painting exquisite and complete. The dragons are lifelike, and the vase's shape is unique; in ancient times, yellow porcelain was reserved exclusively for the emperor. The base bears the Qianlong reign mark. Elegantly shaped and extremely rare, this is the only known example.
