The Kursk Root Icon of the Sign（also Our Lady of Kursk、Blessed Mother of Kursk）（Russian: Богоматерь Курская Коренная, Пресвятая Матерь Курская, Bogomater Kurskaya Korennaya, literally Theotokos of Kursk, Found Among the Roots）是 Theotokos of the Sign 的圣像，据信在十三世纪绘制，并于公元约1295年在库尔斯克附近的一片森林中被发现。
