A delightful Art Nouveau figural presentoir, a visiting card presentation tray, measuring circa 24,5cm in length and weighing 1225g, decorated in high relief with the figure of a young lady and orchids with their foliage.
Stamped to the underside with full suite of WMF maker´s marks, used from 1903-1910.
Lit: WMF English Catalogue 1906, page 167, described as a visiting card tray.
Condition: Good, no significant damages or repairs. Miniscule tear in the metal at the underside, not really visible and does not affect stability. Minor wear commensurate with age.
This lot will be carefully packged and sent by registerred and insured mail.
