This is a rare blue-and-white porcelain plate with a red glaze and dragon design, dating from the Xuande period of the Ming Dynasty (1426-1435). The dragon motif is set against a backdrop of blue-and-white porcelain. It is exquisitely crafted, with delicate painting, a unique shape, and fine workmanship. The perfect combination of blue-and-white and red glaze is extremely valuable. The bottom is inscribed with six characters: "Made in the Xuande period of the Great Ming Dynasty," written in a very delicate style.
