A lovely pair of Chinese melon-shaped Ge-type porcelain vases, covered with a crackle glaze and decorated in famille rose enamels with flowers, leafy vines and fruit motifs. One vase bears a Yongzheng four-character mark to the base. Dating to the 19th century, Qing Dynasty. Size: Each approx. H 15.5 cm × D 9.5 cm Condition: Both vases are in excellent overall condition. There are firing crack lines to the interior upper rim area of both vases, caused during manufacture. General age-related surface wear and glaze crazing are present, consistent with age and type.
