This cuvée was developed in collaboration with the association of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Sommeliers (M. O.F.), the prestigious award given to the best French professionals.
It is not a simple Yellow Chartreuse: it is a selection with an aromatic profile dedicated to haute cuisine.
Aromatic Profile
Compared to the classic yellow Chartreuse, it offers:
greater elegance and finesse;
notes of honey, saffron, flowers and citrus fruits;
very complex alpine herbs;
long, spicy and balsamic finish.
It is softer and more refined than Green, but more complex than traditional Yellow.
