Rosenthal – Björn Wiinblad – 两个瓷瓶："Songbird" 与 "Samuramat"（Porcelaine Noire）
A striking pair of porcelain cylinder vases by celebrated Danish designer Björn Wiinblad for Rosenthal, Germany, both featuring his signature motif of a flower-crowned lady with a songbird — shown here in two distinct decorative techniques.
Vase 1 – "Songbird" (white porcelain, taupe-grey & gold):
Cylinder vase decorated in muted taupe-grey and gold, signed "Björn Wiinblad" to the body, with printed Rosenthal Germany backstamp and original Kontrollstelle quality control label to base. Complete with original Rosenthal presentation box. Height 26.3cm. Excellent condition.
Vase 2 – "Samuramat" (Porcelaine Noire, black & gold):
From Rosenthal's Porcelaine Noire studio-linie collection, part of the "Samuramat" series inspired by the legendary Babylonian queen. Richly hand-decorated in gold and silver relief. Signed "Björn Wiinblad" in gold script to the body, with printed backstamp and edition number "8" to base. Height 20.6cm. Please note a few light surface scratches with a slight indentation to the touch (visible in photos) — cosmetic only, does not detract from the overall visual appearance.
Condition: Vase 1 excellent, boxed. Vase 2 very good, with minor surface scratches as noted.
