Maserati - 3200 GT - 2001

Maserati 3200 GT 3.2 V8 Twin Turbo (2001) One of the last truly analogue Maseratis – presented in elegant Blu Nettuno with documented Japanese provenance and and only 88,000 km. General This magnificent Maserati 3200 GT, affectionately nicknamed the legendary "Boomerang", is an elegant Italian Grand Tourer that perfectly combines luxury, performance and exclusivity. Delivered new in Japan in 2001, the car remained there until 2018, when it was imported to Poland. Since arriving in Poland, it has had only two careful owners, both true enthusiasts who maintained the vehicle to an exceptionally high standard. Their meticulous care is clearly reflected in the car's outstanding originality and remarkably well-preserved collector-grade condition. Today the vehicle shows a documented mileage of just 88,000 km. It has always been stored in a closed garage, used regularly—primarily for weekend drives—and never left unused for extended periods, helping to preserve both its excellent mechanical condition and exceptional overall presentation. Bodywork and Paint The vehicle presents in exceptionally well-preserved, highly original collector-grade condition. Finished in elegant Blu Nettuno Metallic, the bodywork retains outstanding panel alignment, a deep, glossy finish and the refined appearance expected from a carefully cherished example. According to the available history and inspections, the body has never required structural repairs or welding, and there is no evidence of accident damage. The paintwork remains beautifully preserved, displaying only very minor age-related imperfections consistent with careful ownership and the vehicle's originality. Panel gaps are uniform throughout, while the chrome trim, badges and exterior details remain bright, crisp and exceptionally well maintained. The iconic Boomerang LED rear lights, exclusive to the Maserati 3200 GT, are fully functional and beautifully preserved, further enhancing the originality and desirability of this example. The rubber seals remain supple and correctly fitted, the glazing is free from cracks or significant stone damage, and the exterior trim has been carefully preserved throughout the vehicle's life. One of the defining features of this Maserati is its exceptionally preserved underside. Lift photographs reveal a remarkably clean, original and structurally excellent chassis with no evidence of structural corrosion, accident repairs or previous welding. The original aluminium suspension components remain beautifully preserved, while the engine, gearbox and differential are dry and free from visible leaks. The condition underneath reflects careful long-term ownership, proper storage and consistent maintenance. Technical Condition Powered by Maserati's legendary 3.2-litre twin-turbocharged V8, producing 370 horsepower, the engine delivers effortless performance together with the unmistakable soundtrack that has made the 3200 GT one of the most desirable analogue Italian grand tourers. The engine starts immediately from cold, idles smoothly and performs exactly as expected throughout the rev range. The gearbox operates precisely and confidently, while the engine, transmission and differential remain dry, with no visible oil or coolant leaks. The vehicle has benefited from continuous specialist maintenance throughout its life, supported by comprehensive documentation. Major documented maintenance includes: Timing belt replacement Auxiliary drive belt replacement Engine oil and filter service Rear differential oil replacement Lambda sensor replacement Crankshaft position sensor replacement Valve cover gasket replacement Spark plug well gasket replacement Spark plug replacement Oil line replacement Master cylinder replacement Front and rear brake pad replacement Stabiliser link replacement Electrical ground cable replacement Oil sump gasket replacement Window regulator repair Central locking repair Electrical diagnostics and repairs Interior electrical repairs Wheel refurbishment New Michelin Pilot Sport tyres Wheel balancing and alignment Headlight adjustment The suspension works properly and provides adequate driving comfort and stability. The vehicle has been maintained exclusively by recognised Maserati specialists. Interior The interior remains exceptionally well preserved, retaining a remarkably high degree of originality. The elegant light leather upholstery is in outstanding condition, showing only minimal signs of careful use. The seats retain their original shape, support and finish, while the dashboard, centre console, carpets and door panels present beautifully and reflect the meticulous care the vehicle has received throughout its life. The Alcantara headlining remains in excellent condition, further reinforcing the overall impression of a carefully preserved collector-quality interior. Documentation The vehicle is accompanied by documentation confirming its history and maintenance, including an AutoDNA vehicle history report with historical photographs, service invoices documenting major maintenance and repairs. The vehicle has a clean administrative history. The most recent periodic technical inspection was successfully completed on 21 July 2026 and is valid until 21 July 2027, with no defects or advisories recorded. The vehicle will be handed over to its new owner with a valid technical inspection and all necessary registration documents. For convenience, a discreet audio amplifier was added by the previous owner. It can be removed easily, and I will gladly restore the audio system to its original factory configuration before delivery if requested. The car has otherwise remained unmodified and retains its original factory specification. This is not simply another Maserati 3200 GT. It is a carefully preserved and meticulously maintained example that stands out for its originality, outstanding overall condition and exceptional presentation. Opportunities to acquire such genuine and well-preserved examples are becoming increasingly rare. The car can be seen and picked up in Katowice, Poland. Upon request we can arrange worldwide insured shipping at competitive market rates and assist with all documents required for export and registration.
