It is powered by changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure in the environment. The mechanism works thanks to a sealed capsule filled with a special gas. When the temperature changes by just 1°C, the gas expands or contracts, activating a flexible pocket of air that tensiones the spring, making the watch work. With that small temperature variation, the Atmos watch will accumulate enough energy to operate for two whole days. It will be charged continuously, to the maximum. Theoretically, as long as the clock is in a room with temperature variations, it will work perpetually, without any manual intervention.
