Elegant pair of vintage lounge armchairs attributed to Manila, dating from approximately the 1960s–1970s.

The lot consists of:

* Two matching lounge armchairs
* Sculptural rattan frames
* Black leather upholstered seats and backrests

The armchairs feature beautifully curved rattan frames with decorative wrapped joints and characteristic arched lower supports. The organic construction and elegant proportions are typical of European lounge furniture from the mid-20th century.

The black leather upholstery creates an attractive contrast with the warm brown colour and natural patina of the rattan. The chairs are comfortable, visually striking and suitable for a living room, lounge, office or sophisticated vintage interior.

Both armchairs are solid and stable. They show normal signs of age and use, including light scratches, wear and natural patina to the rattan and leather. These traces contribute to their authentic vintage character.
