I have discovered Domaine Mathias at the organic wine fair in Montpellier in January 2026. Their Pouilly-Vinzelles 1er cru had won the gold medal there and after I tasted it, I was so stunned by the immense quality that I went straight to their booth. And there I was not disappointed: their whole range is just the best value for money in white Burgundy you could dream of!
