This vintage comes from Syrah vines of about 30 years old planted and cultivated in the farmhouse "des Plantiers" located south of "les Greffieux". The grapes are not dested as in the past and the aging is carried out in old oak barrels for 18 months. Aging in oak barrels for a period of 18 to 22 months.

From the first nose, the violet, black cherries and wild blackberries embalm the glass in a disconcerting complexity. Hermit spices bring an incredible class to the second nose. Everything is confirmed in the mouth with a savory and very diffuse material in a juicy and elongated tannic structure.
