This vehicle has undergone a full restoration “Nut & Bolt” (100%) completed in 2026, carried out meticulously by the prestigious and renowned car builder Xuan Delorenzo. The 1303 LS Cabriolet is considered the pinnacle of the evolution of the classic Beetle, built by Karmann in Osnabrück to the highest standards of structural rigidity. The 1303 series (Super Beetle) revolutionized the vehicle dynamics by incorporating MacPherson front suspension and a curved panoramic windshield that dramatically reduced turbulence and improved livability, making this model the most comfortable, safe and enjoyable variant in the entire history of Volkswagen’s iconic model.

CARROCERÍA Y PINTURA:
Eye-catching and vibrant orange color, an iconic finish of the 1970s era that enhances its classic lines. Fully disassembled, the body was stripped to bare metal to repair any minor defects before applying the current paint. It features a glossy, uniform finish free of rust or imperfections. Completely new chrome bumpers, moldings, mirrors and embellishments or polished to a mirror finish. New high-quality convertible top, with perfect fit and insulation characteristic of the Karmann versions.

MECÁNICA:
Flat-four 4-cylinder engine of 1,285 cc (1.3L), air-cooled. 4-speed manual transmission. Mechanicals at 100%: the engine and gearbox have been completely dismantled, inspected and rebuilt from zero hours during the 2026 restoration process. Its operation is smooth, reliable and faithful to the original standard.

INTERIOR:
Cabin with upholstery fully renewed, respecting the classic LS (Luxury/Sport) version design. Features a modern padded dashboard and the characteristic curved panoramic windshield of the 1303 series, which significantly improves visibility and interior space compared to earlier models. Original steering wheel, gauges and instrumentation fully functional, and classic wheels with new whitewall tires that complement its retro aesthetics.

DOCUMENTACIÓN:
The car is in competition-grade condition. After the meticulous work by Xuan Delorenzo finished in 2026, the vehicle has covered only the necessary running and testing miles. It has proper paperwork and is ready to be transferred to the next collector.
