Small angelic figures appear in the upper section, while the traditional Church Slavonic title “Spas Nerukotvorny” is embossed at the bottom. With its imposing dimensions of 31 × 26 cm and substantial weight of approximately 920 g, this is a remarkably large and commanding devotional icon. The deeply worked metal covering, powerful frontal image and naturally aged golden patina give the piece an extraordinary presence and authentic historical character.
