Beautiful and rare, highly decorative Art Deco glass vase by Charles Schneider, made at Verreries Schneider around 1924. The vase is elegantly shaped and constricted at the top. The color ranges from orange to bright red, with black-purple flames and fused yellow glass powders at the top. The surface has a beautiful satin sheen and is very evenly finished. Schneider signature on the foot. Under the foot is the factory annotation "Jade Rubis" and several numbers. It is rare for factory annotations to be visible on a vase; it was undoubtedly an important piece for the studio. The vase is in excellent condition; undamaged and 38 cm high.
