Released in 2012, the Astron was the world first GPS solar timepiece: it draws its energy from light alone and, at the press of a button, connects to the global positioning satellite network to set itself to the correct time and time zone anywhere on earth. The watch has been previously owned and worn. The black coating shows light rubbing and small marks on the case, bezel and pushers, and the strap displays normal creasing and wear. The dial and hands remain clean and legible and the crystal is free of significant flaws. No refinishing has been carried out; the watch is offered exactly as it comes from its previous owner.
