In the light, the surface unfolds a clear presence. Depending on the incidence of light and viewing angle, the texture and depth change, individual planes become more pronounced. The work appears spatial and physical – perception arises while walking, standing, or lingering. Frequency PEARL GREEN ON BLACK — Sculpture of light, structure & presence Frequency Series is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist, I transfer rhythm, pause, and repetition into a visual structure. The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions. Artwork details: Title: Frequency PEARL GREEN ON BLACK Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and Heavy-Gel texture paste on canvas, built up layer by layer with various spatulas. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension. Only the highest quality materials are used – all sourced locally in Austria. Frame: Wide support frame made of solid natural wood (included in the price). Images: The pictures were taken under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works.
