Your Brief Reply Snippet to Send for This Submission:
"Regarding this Austro-Hungarian .800 silver pastry box / sugar bowl (11 x 13.5 cm, 321g), your formula based on the net silver weight provides a baseline of €974.10. Given its unique organic bulbous form, period Austro-Hungarian hallmarks, and fine floral finial, its market value as an antique decorative piece exceeds its raw metal value. To support your sell-through targets, I am prepared to set a reserve at €1660 provided we apply the agreed 7.5% promotional commission rate for lots over €500 to make this commercial listing viable."
