Up for auction is a rare vintage quartz wristwatch from Les Aventures de Tintin, manufactured by CITIME in 1996. Originally purchased at the official TINTIN Shop in Omotesando, Tokyo, this piece is a classic collectible for fans of Hergé’s world.

The watch features a stylish rectangular chrome-finished case and a cream dial illustrating Tintin in his signature trench coat alongside his faithful companion, Snowy (Milou). The outer edge of the dial includes an art-deco style minute track with bold Arabic numerals. The case back is clearly stamped with the official copyright licensing: HERGÉ/MOULINSART 1996 and the manufacturer mark CITIME.

The watch comes fitted on its original stamped brown leather strap marked "TINTIN" and "CUIR VERITABLE".

Strap Condition: The original leather band is heavily aged with notable cracking, surface peeling, and tearing near the sizing holes on the inner lining (please refer to close-up photo). Replacement is recommended if intended for daily wear.

Case Back: Displays clear, legible original deep engraving with minor surface hairline scratches.
