• Hand Signed by the Artist • Certificate of Authenticity Included • Ready to Frame • Unique Original Artwork This heartwarming original artwork by Joan Vizcarra captures Mowgli and Baloo sharing a wonderfully peaceful moment inspired by Disney’s "The Jungle Book". Mowgli sits comfortably on Baloo’s belly as the carefree bear floats on his back, completely relaxed in the water. Surrounded by loosely sketched jungle vegetation, the scene conveys the warmth, friendship and easygoing spirit that define the relationship between these two beloved characters. This piece is especially appealing for its spontaneous and expressive quality. Soft shading gives Baloo remarkable volume, while energetic pencil strokes define the water, foliage and surrounding atmosphere. The visible construction lines and variations in pressure preserve the immediacy of the artist’s hand and give the drawing the character of a traditional animation study. The generous horizontal format enhances the relaxed composition, allowing Baloo’s floating figure to dominate the page while Mowgli becomes the emotional focus of the scene. ▸ Graphite pencil on art paper – Format: 48 x 32 cm (unframed) ▸ Unique original artwork ▸ Hand signed by the artist Joan Vizcarra is one of Spain’s most recognized illustrators, known for his expressive drawing and distinctive interpretations of popular culture.
