Limoges - 上菜 (9) - 瓷器

7-piece antique serving set. It is quite common for old pieces to lack a maker’s mark, which often means the pieces were produced by a secondary manufactory intended for Hand-painted decoration, Limoges or Foecy. The style remains typical of porcelain from the Art Deco era or retro 1920s, with this rose and violet decor and green with gold leaf edging.
Here is its composition:
1 large tureen H 25 cm with lid D 22.5 cm.
1 vegetable bowl H 20 cm with lid D 20.5 cm.
3 compotiers H 13 cm, H 10 cm, H 10 cm; D 24 cm, 22.5 cm and 22 cm.
1 round dish D 28 cm H 5 cm.
1 oval dish L 37 cm, W 25 cm, H 5 cm; slightly worn gilding, time has passed by it.
The pieces are about a hundred years old, no cracks or chips; please view the photos for more details.
