With a well-defined aging profile and a distinctive personality, 200 Monges pays tribute to the history of Albelda de Iregua and its Monastery of San Martín—now in ruins. It was here that the *Codex Vigilanus* was written long ago; this true Early Medieval bibliographic gem documents the presence of at least 200 monks.
NOTE: Decanting 30–45 minutes beforehand is recommended to fully appreciate its aromatic potential.
