Antique golf club Patented GENII model by Logan

Made by William Gibson (1868 - 1921) Kinghorn, Fife
"Gibson of Kinghorn" supplied heads to many makers and professionals who finished and assembled golf clubs.
This patented "Genii" model mashie Niblick was supplied to J.G. Stuart in Blackpool
J. G. Stuart served as the Golf Club Secretary (or administrative officer) for Blackpool North Shore Golf Club.
Historical golfing records from the early-to-mid 20th century list him as the primary contact for visitors and club management at the course, which was established in 1904 and originally designed by the legendary architect Harry Colt.

Also on this club is H' Logan's, A scottish manufacturer of golf clubs located in Forfar. They were known for their patented irons like this iconic Logan's Genii Mashie. Hugh Logan designed and patented the club (reg.nr. 302040 ) but the actual manufacturing was done by Gibson. (the Star mark)

The club has a scored line face and a nice hickory shaft with a good leather grip
Warranted hand forged.

Very decorative! and collectable.

Will be carefully packed and shipped.
We use recycled materials as packaging to reduce waste.

IMPORTANT: Shipping charges will be a bit higher because of the length (over 1 meter) of the golfclub plus packaging But when we combine shipments we will adjust the shipping cost
