Cornice – The Keeper of Visual Silence Cornice is not simply a floor lamp. It is a luminous frame, a silent presence designed to bring balance, atmosphere, and depth into a space. Its essential form does not seek attention. It allows the light to speak. Cornice does not illuminate aggressively. Its warm, dimmable light is reflected softly into the room, creating gentle shadows and a calm, intimate atmosphere. When switched on, it changes not only the space, but also the way the space is perceived. The rectangular structure becomes a symbolic threshold between presence and emptiness, light and shadow, clarity and silence. Cornice does not decorate a room. It restores its rhythm. Each lamp is individually handmade to order in the CristofaroLuce atelier in Bucharest, Romania. Small imperfections are not flaws, but authentic traces of craftsmanship — signs of the hand that created the piece and details that make every lamp unique.
