Beautiful antique figural centerpiece, dating to the late 19th century, Belle Époque period, circa 1890-1900.

This elegant centerpiece features a cherub / putto figure cast in patinated bronze, depicted standing and holding aloft a large bowl with both arms raised. The figure stands on an ornate square bronze pedestal mounted on a white marble base.

The bowl is the glass bowl with a beautifully scalloped and wavy rim. The glass is decorated with a deeply etched floral pattern featuring roses and foliage, typical for the period. The bowl is secured with a central metal rod topped with a gilt ornamental finial.
