Lot composed by an fritware plate from Qajar Dynasty (1789-1925) most likely made in the 19th century. The plate stands on a narrow and tall foot, showing almost a bowl appearance and its rim is handpainted in vibrant colours with floral motifs and simplified drawings of birds surrounding the central elements, a group of three fish disposed vertically, encased in a red circle. Its shinny glaze surface has a spectacular craquelure formation visible in the detailed pictures. The item is in very good condition, with no chips or fisures, only some irregularities from creation process and some loss of the glaze layer on a few areas of its rim edge. The plate is sold with an incorporated metallic wire support destined for exhibiting it on vertical surfaces safely. Photos are part of descripton and serve for developing an accurate impression.
